Pregnancy expert

Since I was little, sport has been part of my life. When I was in primary school I practiced rhythmic gymnastics and basketball. As time went by, I chose to stay with just basketball, a sport and discipline that has accompanied me since I was little until my university days.


As it could not be otherwise, when it was my turn to choose what to dedicate myself to, I chose to study Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, a degree which I was passionate about from the beginning and until the end and despite being very young when I chose it, there is no day when I regret having chosen to make sport and physical exercise my tool to be able to make the lives of others more beautiful, healthy and enriching.


When I finished my degree and was not very clear about what I wanted to focus on, I started working in several gyms until one gave me the opportunity to take advantage of my specialization in the last course of my degree, which was Fitness and Wellness , on this site. I discovered that I was passionate about the world of personal training and that is why I chose to do a Master's degree in therapeutic training to be able to help all those people who are going through some pathology, treatment or who are in one of the best stages of their life such as pregnancy. . Despite completing such a broad master's degree, I have continued to train in the world of pregnancy by taking several specialization courses.


For me it is a privilege and a gift to be able to accompany us in this stage and to be part of this process. I always thank life for putting me where I am, being able to meet so many pregnant women and being able to connect and empathize with them the way I do.
